Thing’s I’ve published and or authored as well as links to the files and pdf’s, including Mac’s fiction writings, that are uploaded in the course of blogging. As far as possible all the downloads will be available here.

Perhaps the most significant is Connectivity, which I wrote 6 years ago and is the story behind the story. It records the events that occurred in November 2004 and led to the ‘coming together’ of our intrepid three and their quest to find themselves. It is, as with everything on this site FREE.

However that said I would like some recompense for my efforts and so I ask for a donation from those of you who do download and read it. It is despite it’s contents, a true story and for some strange reason I did do it for you; although not exclusively for you, more Us.

GreenMan’s Environmental Science:

Four old essays of his; Although written as part of a degree course they were actually researched and written for future use and GM is rather pleased that the first in this list managed to prove useful to researchers on an Indonesian study and conservation program.

1) The Sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas) from Early Migration to Future Conservation The worlds most under rated crop and one with a fascinating history, at least in GM’s opinion!  A controversial crop its early spread to Polynesia and new Zealand having been the cause for disagreement over the navigation skills of South American Indians. One settled by the Kontiki Expedition of Thor Heyerdahl in 1947.

2) Evolution of herbicide resistance. A 200o word essay on the mechanisms that cause herbicide resistance to evolve in plants
3) Organic disease control in S tuberosum. The non chemical culutural and control methods open to the farmer.

4) The Origin & Geographical Distribution of the Family Solanaceae and The Evolution of the Potato (S. tuberosum & S. andigena). Originally this was to be an essay only on the potato but so difficult did the solaceae, the tomato family, prove to understand I ended up covering the lot! It’s a large and very interesting family.
